Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
We want you to be confident in your purchase from Pro Drive Auto Parts. Here's exactly how our return, cancellation, and refund process works.
Order Cancellations
Within 24 Hours
Cancel your order free of charge. No questions asked, no fees applied. Full refund issued to your original payment method.
After 24 Hours
A 20% restocking fee applies, plus any shipping costs already incurred. Refund issued for the remaining balance.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only for parts that arrive defective or damaged. Because used engines and transmissions are heavy, custom-shipped items, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or buyer's remorse.
What Qualifies as a Defective Return
- Part arrived physically damaged in shipping (with photos and noted on delivery receipt).
- Part has a manufacturing or pre-existing defect not disclosed at time of sale.
- Part does not match the specifications listed on the product page.
Important: Always inspect your delivery before signing the freight bill. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Photos taken during inspection help us process your claim faster.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or damaged parts, we cover return shipping costs in full.
- Customer-initiated returns outside our defective policy are not accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@prodriveautoparts.com or +1 (307) 500-1075.
- Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- We'll review your claim and arrange pickup with our freight carrier (no charge to you for defective items).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5β7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing takes 5β7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3β10 business days to appear on your statement.
Warranty Claims
If your engine or transmission develops an issue after installation and is still within the warranty period, this falls under our Warranty Policyβnot our return policy. Warranty claims are handled with a free replacement part (no refunds for warranty claims). Please see our Warranty Policy page for full details.
