How We Ship Your Order
At Pro Drive Auto Parts, we know you're counting on us to get your engine or transmission to you quickly and safely. Here's exactly how our shipping works.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are typically shipped within 3β5 business days of payment confirmation.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by tracking details once your part ships.
- Total delivery time is typically 5β7 business days from order date, depending on your location and the freight carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted freight carriers including R&L Carriers, FedEx Freight, and other reliable partners. Because engines and transmissions are heavy items, they ship via freight, not standard parcel service.
Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Shipping is free of charge to all US destinations β no fuel surcharges, no residential fees, no surprises at checkout.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
Free Liftgate & Residential Delivery
Engines and transmissions ship on wooden pallets via freight carriers. Here's what to expect:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your shipment arrives at the local terminal.
- Liftgate service is included free for residential delivery. No extra charge β the freight company will lower your shipment safely to the ground.
- Commercial delivery with loading dock is also available at no extra cost.
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for and inspect the shipment.
Important: Always inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any visible damage to the crate or packaging, note it on the bill of lading before signing. Photographs of any damage help us resolve issues quickly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is FREE to all US destinations β including residential delivery with liftgate. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via text and email. You can track your shipment any time, and our support team is happy to help if you have questions about your delivery.
