A few Ford-specific things matter, and we inspect for them before any unit ships. Match the engine code, not just the size — the 8th digit of your VIN identifies the exact one. On the 5.4L 3-valve Triton we verify cam phasers and spark-plug threads; on first-gen 3.5L EcoBoost (2011–2016) we test the timing chain, turbos, and intercooler condensation; on the 6.0L Power Stroke diesel we disclose EGR and head-gasket history. We also match Federal vs California emissions so it both fits and passes. If it's not right, it doesn't ship.
