30-Day Return Window
Pro Drive Auto Parts LLC accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — uninstalled and unmodified. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed defective.
Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange return shipping and send the correct replacement free of charge.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free on all eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement receive a full refund with no fees.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
- Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a deduction of actual freight costs incurred.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Core Charges
We do not charge core deposits on any items.
Warranty
All parts include a standard 6-month warranty covering part failure under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents. In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will ship a replacement part at no additional cost, including return and replacement shipping. Extended warranty coverage of up to 3 years is available for purchase at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed and are not defective
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
