At Pro Drive Auto Parts, LLC, we stand behind every engine and transmission we sell. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the process for returns, refunds, cancellations, and warranty claims.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — uninstalled and unmodified. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed defective under our warranty.
Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange return shipping and send the correct replacement free of charge.
How Refunds Are Issued
- Refund destination: All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds in cash, check, store credit, or any other form unless specifically requested and approved by our team.
- Processing time: Once a return is received and inspected (typically within 1–2 business days of arrival at our facility), refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
- Partial refunds: If the returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging by the customer, or with missing components, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund corresponding to the value of the damaged or missing parts.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free on all eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request. Please do not ship the item back at your own expense without first contacting us.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement receive a full refund with no fees.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before the unit ships receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
- Orders cancelled after the unit ships are subject to a deduction of the actual freight costs incurred (we cover the outbound and return freight ourselves; this deduction only covers what we paid).
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.
No Core Charges
We do not charge core deposits on any items. You are not required to send back your old unit.
Warranty
Every engine and transmission we sell includes a standard 6-month warranty covering internal part failure under normal use. Extended warranty coverage of up to 3 years is available for purchase at checkout.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will ship a replacement part at no additional cost, including covering return freight of the failed unit and outbound freight of the replacement.
Warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, oil starvation, overheating, racing or off-road use, or modification from original specifications.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed and are not defective
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items with serial numbers or VIN tags that have been altered, defaced, or removed

We respond within 1–2 business hours during business hours and will send return instructions, a prepaid shipping label (if applicable), and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
