A few Acura transmission notes we check before shipping: the ZF 9-speed (9HP) in 2015+ TLX/MDX/RDX must match your exact sub-model and may need a software relearn — we verify it against your VIN. Earlier 5-speed autos are robust but vary by year. We match AWD vs FWD and Federal vs California so it fits and shifts right. If it's not right, it doesn't ship.
